Marc Sepulveda

I am an eighth generation Arizonan with deep roots in the southeast Valley. I founded MT Real Estate with an energetic entrepreneurial spirit to offer a business model that advocates for the client in residential real estate transactions. With experience in small business, including commercial real estate and development and nearly a decade as a licensee, I am prepared to offer the same successful business principles and ethics to residential real estate. I am passionate about the need to “shake up” the current residential real estate business model in order to pass savings on to the clients.

As a combat veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan and a firefighter for ten years, I bring the same commitment and sense of duty to MT Real Estate. I understand that buying and selling a home is an emotional experience and one of the most important financial transactions consumers make. I am dedicated to navigating clients through the sometimes intimidating process with the assurance that they come FIRST.
