“As home-buyers, we put poor Marc through a lot of pain as we looked at probably a couple dozen places, changed our mind a lot, started the actual buying process a couple of times just to back out, etc... and through it all Marc stayed calm cool and collected. He never once appeared frustrated with us (though he had every right to), he always was on time for showings, he provided professional consultative advice with only our interest in mind, several times he would point out hidden reasons to us not to consider a place where we thought we liked, and by the way, is just a very decent kind easy-to-work with guy. “Marc Stanley is professional, yet friendly and understanding. He worked with us at every stage with a very difficult sale. My elderly mother wanted to sell what is a beautiful, but outdated, home. None of the family resides in the area anymore. I reached out to Marc and he worked with my entire family (not an easy task in real estate transactions) during the sale -- even through difficulties and holdups, such as my mother's illness, title issues, time zones differences from Australia to Texas, negotiations between many members of the family, etc. At every stage, Marc's professionalism and ethics were impeccable. Moving to a new city especially from out of state can be very daunting, not only in finding the right home but selecting the best realtor for the job. We came upon Marc Stanley by chance, blindly inquiring upon a home online. Marc’s immediate response to our queries began our venture to Prescott. His professionalism was instantaneous through is gentle queries about the type of home we were looking for. After setting us up on his office website home search program, Marc kept in constant contact not only by email but phone calls and messaging, tweaking our home search. On homes we were very interested in, Marc took the time and effort to upload video walk-throughs to give us a better feel and look into them, adding his opinions and any data relevant to these homes that were of concern. This effort and input were very important to us since we were basically buying a home from the comforts of our laptop! Upon meeting Marc you’ll immediate notice his gentle and reserved nature, allowing us to feed him input through casual conversations while viewing of homes without any type of pressure. Marc stands back and allows us the freedom to explore without prejudices, giving input when necessary. On the final home we purchased, Marc helped us immensely with the documentation process, even assuring the securing of the home, frequently touching base with us before our move in date. After 6 months of house hunting Marc did a wonderful job helping us find our new home in Prescott.
