During closing, Phoenix had extremely heavy rain storms. Twice dubuis from the mountain slid down, completely filling the swimming and flooding other areas of the property. Since I was unavailable, Marcella managed the massive clean up project both times, helped me update the disclosure statements and got my home sold!
