Marcelo has held his Florida Real Estate License since 1991. Since 1991 Marcelo has assisted Buyers and Sellers with their real estate
transactions. He specializes in Commercial Property Sales and Leasing with an emphasis
on Industrial Property. He is a Member of the Greater Miami & Beaches
Commercial Realtor Association and Florida Association of Realtors. In 2003 he
received the Pinnacle Award from the Miami Board for Closed Transactions in
Commercial Property and has been a Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Sales Club for
19 years straight. He enjoys playing Raquetball, Basketball, Tennis and
Watersports. He is a parishioner of Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church in Miami
Lakes, FL. Currently Senior Broker Associate at Global Investment
Properties, Inc. with locations in Coral Gables, FL and Hialeah Gardens, FL. Marcelo
