Marci is the best! I had been thinking of relocating here, and looking for a while, and when the right house popped up, she made it happen. And without her knowledge and experience, I don't think I would have gotten it, as there was a bidding war. She handled everything promptly and professionally, and kept me informed every step of the way, and she's so nice! It wasn't all easy....is it ever, but each hurdle she crossed, and I ended up with the right house at the right price. I highly recommend her.

Marci did a excellent job helping us with our home purchase. We were relocating back to Denver and had minimal ability to see properties in person and she was our local eyes and ears and found us the perfect home.

Marci is by far the best, most hard working realtor we have ever dealt with. She is extremely responsive and knowledgeable in all things real estate. There were several offers on the home we ultimately purchased and at closing, we were made aware by the sellers that Marci alone was a key factor in why they chose our offer. While we know that Marci had other clients, she never made us feel like we were anything less than her top priority. We were picky buyers, and on top of that, one of us a first time home buyer with a lot of questions. Marci answered every single text or phone call no matter the time of day. She went above and beyond to explain everything to us during the offer process and everything leading up to closing. Marci truly does have her clients’ best interest at heart and will not hesitate to be completely upfront and honest if she sees any red flags. Marci really is wonderful to work with and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a realtor! You will not be disappointed.

We spent four plus months this year (2021) with Marci every weekend looking for our home. We spent time going over what we were looking for in a home. And to make Marci's job a little bit harder we did not have a specific area that we needed to find a home. She was patient when it came to looking at house after house. We would debrief after each home. Going over what we liked and what we did not about the home. She always came with the listing in hand with all the information about the house and let us review it. She knew what we were looking for. She also was aware of things that would not pass an inspection. This was important for us because of our leader requirements (VA). We would send her request every week to see homes that weekend. She would book us a viewing almost as soon as we requested. And do to the fact that we would see many different houses, she would send a schedule of the weekend homes and times of our showings. Which was very helpful when looking at five to seven homes in different cities during the weekend.
When we viewed each of the houses, she would point out things that might be an issue in the future. She would examine the walls, ceilings, stairwells, flooring, and water heater. She would always ask what we thought. And if we liked a house, she would be on the phone with the listing agent as soon as possible and getting any information about the home she could. When putting in offers, she would ask what we could do, making suggestions about what could help win the offer. We did put in a few and a few times came in second. But Marci was always there with words of encouragement. Cheering us up and reminding us that there is a house out there for us.
When we were finally had an offer accepted, she was so excited to inform us! She gave us all of the steps that we needed to take. She checked in to make sure that we send all the paperwork. She was very much in communication with our leader as well. She was present for our home inspection and pointed out something that the inspector missed. She was there and ready to go when signing our closing documents. She even explained some of the papers that we were confused about. To say we asked a lot of questions was an understatement. But she was there with an answer and reassuring us that it was ok to ask them.
She was there when we got possession of our home and checked to make sure that everything was ok. She even recommended a company for our sprinklers because there was an issue with them. She also checked in with us after we moved in to makes sure that anything was going well.
She was such a positive and driving force in helping us find our home. And she made house hunting in a very competitive and in demand area as painless as possible! As first-time homebuyers we were so lucky to have a realtor that took the time and got to know us and what we were looking for! I could not recommend Marci more as a person and realtor to guide you through the house buying journey.
