Marci Segner

Marci has always had a passion for real estate, but started in a different capacity. Marci received her BA from St. Cloud State University and also completed her MBA in Real Estate thru the University of St. Thomas. She worked for the Greater Metropolitan Housing Corporation her first 6 years out of college – primarily in closings and acquisitions. Although, she loved her work, she and Joy always talked about teaming up and in 1998, Marci moved back to Annandale and together, they did just that.

Marci and her husband, Andy, live in the Annandale area raising their twins James and Julia. Marci definitely understands the demands of life and the value of spending time wisely. Making good use of time is one of her trademarks. “Respect for your client must come first.” After all, helping people buy and sell homes is not just a job, it is a family tradition. And for Marci and Joy that tradition is the pursuit of excellence.
