Not only does she have a keen sense of design,(she staged it beautifully), but also is the perfect hostess for open house,with incentives such as snowshoeing on the property followed with cider by the fireplace. Being a first time seller, I was a bit apprehensive about the negotiations, closing, the whole process, but Marci guided me through to the very end.
