Marcia has impressed me with proven in depth experience in so many facets of real estate: 1) her ability to appraise home values so accurately to the point that appraisers ask her opinion!, 2) her expertise in staging homes comes from objectively identifying how buyers' gain a positive perception of the property when they enter the front door, 3) her insurance background allows her to communicate at another level with prospective buyers, and 4) her delicate and patient attitude in dealing with sellers' who need reassurance to move on to the next step of their home quest.

Marcia was recommended to me last year by a friend who told me that he didn’t know how else to say it but that “She gets the job done”. I’ve had the opportunity to work with her twice now, last year in the purchase of my first home in late 2021 and now this year in the selling of a beach condo that I inherited with my siblings. Both times my friend’s words about her were true to my experience. She got the job done. I’m currently living in a great home in a quality neighborhood, and we were able to get a fantastic price on the sale of the beach condo that closed earlier this month. She’s been great to work with, and would definitely recommend. Lots of people can talk a big talk, but Marcia gets the job done!

The idea of buying my first home was overwhelming to say the least, and I didn't have a clue where to start. Marcia was recommended to me by a family member - she was patient and thorough and connected us with an excellent lender. Marcia was there with us along the way any time we stumbled or got confused, showing us multiple houses and arranging viewings within hours of finding the listing. Wayne was gracious enough to help us with a viewing a time or two also. On closing day Marcia celebrated our success with us and has stayed in touch to help with final details afterwards. We have nothing but positive things to say about Marcia and her team. Absolutely would recommend to anyone, but especially first time buyers.
