Marcia Graves

Marcia is a second-generation real estate professional with a lifelong commitment to servicing the unique needs of her real estate clients. After learning the business from her parent’s Florida-based real estate company, Marcia relocated to New Jersey in 1981 and immediately earned her NJ real estate license. In 1985, she settled in the Princeton area, where she has been successfully addressing the real estate needs of buyers and sellers for over thirty years. Marcia and The Princeton Group are founding agents of Compass NJ, Princeton, New Jersey.

Throughout her career, Marcia has effectively negotiated transactions from multi-million-dollar country estates to charming in-town rentals. She has assisted a variety of clients including buyers and sellers of luxury properties, relocations, and first-time home buyers. Her philosophy is to partner with her clients through every step of the real estate process, sharing her extensive industry knowledge, and making herself available at any time for questions, feedback, and discussion.

Through living, working, and raising her family in the Greater Princeton area, Marcia has a thorough knowledge of wonderful communities in Princeton, Central New Jersey, and Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
