Marcia Maher

After a decade of service in the Real Estate Industry, she has successfully provided professional, expert service to buyers and sellers alike. She has excelled in New Construction Sales and is currently the Site Coordinator for Shannon Mills New Construction Site in Connoquenessing Township. She is also a designated Residential Relocation Specialist and has had a winning relationship with both the Relocation Companies and the clients that she assists. She is an Accredited Buyer's Representative as well, and excels in helping every buyer find their perfect home! She's been very blessed to have flourished in this industry; therefore, she's also earned the designation of Homes of Distinction. She looks forward to serving every new client equally, fairly, and honestly.

She earned a B.S. in Elementary Education from Clarion University and spent ten years in the teaching and teaching-related fields, until she began a family of her own. After several moves to different homes and different areas, her interest in the real estate community grew. Upon their last move to Butler in 2000, she decided to pursue a career in Real Estate as her children became a part of their new community. She began in early 2002 with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services and has been "home" ever since. She currently serves on the Butler County Association of Realtors as a Director and has served as both a Treasurer and Vice President Elect in past years. She continues to find new ways to contribute to this community as her children begin to explore new communities and new opportunities. She is active in philanthropies for both Children's Hospital and the Butler Health System and has served on the Butler Fall Festival Committee. In addition, she supports many local charities and organizations in volunteer, service, and monetary avenues. She believes that, in giving back, one is most handsomely rewarded for their service to another. This is the single most fulfilling career she has ever experienced, and she expects to continue to make buyers and sellers in Butler County and its surrounding areas happy for years to come!
