Her past work has included administration, planning, development, and face-to-face patient care, all of which contributed to the creation of her client- oriented approach to real estate. She’s a natural leader, comfortable in supervisory and decision-making roles. She's also skilled at budgeting and strategic planning, which are essential to effective real estate work. The profession runs in her family, as her husband and son have experience in the field. Their inspiration and valuable guidance, combined with her own professional expertise is what shaped her into the REALTOR® she is today. She is a fantastic communicator, both horizontally and vertically, with sellers and buyers; this means she is adept at managing various lines of communication with all parties involved throughout the process, no matter where they lie in the professional hierarchy. She enjoys problem solving and resolves problems at an early stage if they happen to occur. She's also skilled at reading people well, particularly in terms of body language, and does her best to adapt her planning to their unique needs. Her work has earned her admission to the prestigious Director's Circle, and she strives to uphold that standard every day. Recently she has completed the course work for GRI and SRES Designations. Of course, a balance between work and leisure is key! Our family hobby is golf, and we're always looking to play on new golf courses around the world. Our travels abroad have taken us to Russia, Paris, Normandy, London, Ireland, Budapest, and Amsterdam. Australia is next on our list! Naturally, she loves spending time here in Arizona, too; having lived in Sun City Grand since 2001, she's discovered so many wonderful things about this community, from its sports to our abundant cultural activities.
