Marco is an enthusiastic and vastly experienced real estate broker with 30 years in the business. He is a resolute member of the De Oliveira Group - Windermere Real Estate South Inc, which offers clients a wide range of real estate services. Marco has excellent experience and a trusted status working with an immense array of clients. Originally from Brazil, Marco moved to Seattle in 1968, upon which he attended Kent Meridian before graduating from Lincoln High School. He was a talented soccer player before injury cut short a promising professional career. He immediately began working for Paccar, a Fortune 200 Company. Marco was recruited for his fluency in multiple languages and went on to spend 13 years in domestic as well as international sales. Marco has spent most of his adult life in Seattle and has an experienced understanding of the nuances of each of the diverse neighborhoods the Northwest has to offer. In his free time, Marco has volunteered heavily throughout the community. Additionally, he has been instrumental in the accelerated expansion of the Washington State Soccer community. Marco and his wife Jean, of 34 years, have resided in Normandy Park for 20+ years. His son, Emerson, is a graduate of Kennedy High School and went on to pursue a career in Division 1 athletics. He was a standout goalkeeper for both the University of San Francisco and Seattle University, where he graduated with a degree in business. Marco’s main emphasis is to serve the community both as a Professional Real Estate Broker and as a community advocate.
