I just want to say right off the bat that I would highly recommend Marco Lopez to anyone looking to buy a house. This guy is a workhorse. I am a first time buyer and had doubts about my ability to purchase my first home in the post pandemic southern California market. With the bidding wars, low inventory and skyrocketing home prices I knew it would not be easy. To my surprise we were able to get it done and the entire process only took a couple of months. I had no idea what I was doing and no doubt it can be a very stressful process but working with Marco I always felt like we were going to get it done. We had many many conversations and he would always go out of his way to communicate with me and answer any questions and walk me though anything I needed help with. Marco is a great communicator, expert in his field and extremely responsive and friendly. He has complete 1000% commitment through the entire process and makes something that is actually very complicated seem easier than it should be. I was very specific about what I wanted and for what price range and somehow we landed a property that met all my criterion. I landed my house on the third try and somehow Marco negotiated me the winning bid. This is more impressive since I did not have a lot of capital to work with towards any bidding wars and was only able to put a 3% down payment. Marco was always there, advising and helping in all of the ways I needed. Through every step of this process from looking for the property to making offers, to negotiating, to escrow and inspections and closing I always felt like I had a leg up. I will continue recommend Marco to anyone I know looking to buy a house in California. The fact is, as a result of Marcos class A service, me and my family have gone from a one bedroom apartment to a 4 bedroom house with a yard and a pool. Thank you Marco for all of your hard work and unwavering commitment, we can't thank you enough!

Marco helped buy a house a couple of years ago and he helped me refinance it as well. The process of buying the property was so smooth, he took me to see properties and was always flexible with his hours. He found the house that met all my requirements and I made an offer, I had the keys in my hand within 3 weeks. He is extremely professional, always kept me posted on every step of the process and was always available for any questions I had. With his guidance and knowledge, he made an intimidating process feel comfortable and just right. The refinance process was just as seamless, he explains everything in detail and makes it easy for you.
