I chose Marco as my realtor when I bought my first house 10 years ago and then again when I sold that same house in May 2021. I love his response time and knowledge of his craft. Any questions I had he was able to answer or find the answer to. With his help I sold my house in one day over asking price. I wanted to use him when buying my new house but I was buying in Jersey therefore I had to use someone else. I would definitely recommend him to anyone buying or selling a house in PA!

Where do I begin? I have had the opportunity of working with Marco on two of our home purchases, In which one was a sale of our first home and now purchasing our 2nd new home.

He took the time to assure us as first time home buyers (myself & my husband), guiding us every step of the way. Providing us with all the information and process of what needed to be corrected of our credit and the next step of getting approved for our loans, once those steps were completed the full process of house hunting began and Marco showed his true professionalism the entire way and his knowledge of what to look for in a house ( beyond the pretty surface) the heating systems, windows, the structure & etc.

What my husband and I appreciated about Marco was his honesty!! He took the time to make us see it all as if he was purchasing the home for himself, no cutting corners and straight honesty.

Since both of our home purchases/sale I have recommended Marco to numerous Family/Friend’s any they too have said the same and have had wonderful experiences and now too have their own homes.

Marco helped my brother buy his first home 5 years ago and then helped me close on my first home on 9/15/21. He was a huge help in that process he made me feel comfortable and I was confident in his guidance and advice when looking for homes. He was not trying to sell me just any house so that he can get a pay check I felt like he was looking at homes as if he was buying it for himself. He gave honest opinions after we would go look at homes and pointed out some of his own concerns about some of the houses. He was responsive and professional and I enjoyed working with him.
