Marco Troche is the realtor you want to hire! While he’s definitely knowledgeable and professional the thing what sets him aside from others is how personable he is , and how he is genuinely in the business to finding the RIGHT property for his clients. His calm and approachable demeanor makes him an easy guy to do business with. I hired him as my realtor 7 years ago when I was buying my first home. We built such a great rapport that I recently recommended him to my brother and Marco helped him find his first home as well. Even now, with me living out of the state, I have called upon him yet again to now sell my properties. Which really says something, because realtors are everywhere. If you’re looking for a realtor that’s down to earth and can easily help you navigate the buying/selling process Marco is guy!!
