Marcos, a Santa Barbara native, has spent the past decade as a licensed real estate agent. Growing up in a family of Southern California real estate investors, he developed a keen understanding of the housing market from an early age. His extensive experience helping investors purchase rental properties and renovate properties for resale has given him valuable insight into market trends and fluctuations.

Prior to starting his career in real estate, Marcos worked as a construction project manager.
