Marcus Ervin

I began my career with EXIT First Realty in 2005 while completing my Bachelor's degree in Architecture & Environmental Design at Morgan State University. Soon thereafter, I earned my Master's degree in Real Estate Development. I have represented friends, relatives, colleagues and investors in their purchasing, selling, & renting of residential real estate spanning several Maryland counties, resulting in over $3M in sales volume. I am a strong proponent for ensuring my clients, first and foremost are fully knowledgeable of the home buying/selling process; educating them on the importance of being financially fit; and providing an unbiased yet practical and well-thought out opinion when difficult decisions arise. I value the importance of maintaining strong relationships and fostering new ones. I'm a devoted husband and father of three.
