Simply put, Marcus is amazing! My husband and I were first time home buyers, having recently closed on our home July 2021. What we loved and appreciated most about Marcus was his ability to guide and support us through out the process, while allowing us to have total control of our decisions. Marcus was extremely patient with us, knowledgeable, insightful, and encouraging. He listened well to what we were looking for in a home, and even when components of our “wish list” changed throughout the process, he seamlessly balanced and pivoted our home search to accommodate our needs. He was ALWAYS available for questions and would often check-in on us, which was very much appreciated. His punctuality is so impressive, my husband and I would often make a game out of trying to beat Marcus to an open house, just to say we made it there first because he was always on time (and even well before time). Marcus’ amicable personality and welcoming nature made it feel as though we’ve known him for years. Purchasing a home is a dynamic, and at times strenuous process, but with a relator like Marcus by our side, we were able to see the light in tough/disappointing times, laugh through stressful moments, and remain optimistic. We’ve gained a new family-friend in Marcus…we’ll be definitely inviting him to summer cookouts and all the celebrations we’ll have at our new home!!

I can't speak highly enough of my experience with Marcus Ervin! I was first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I met with a couple of realtors before Marcus, but I knew instantly that he was the one for me. He is knowledgeable and hands-on (he was consistent even through the COVID-19 pandemic) he really helped take the pressure off of me. I never felt forced to make an offer and when I finally found the "one" Marcus walked me through every step of the negotiations, even working behind the scene to reassure this sale goes through which it did! I thank Marcus everyday for aiding me in this process and his dedication and listening to exactly what I was looking for and helping me find my dream home! I now have several friends looking for homes and thinking about buying! My recommendation is to them is always add Marcus to your team as your realtor because I know they will be in good hands like I was and satisfied in the end with their purchase!

Home selling and buying is incredibly stressful! Thankfully, we had the support and patience of Marcus from Longwood Residential Real Estate Team to walk us through the process. Marcus was always available and went the extra mile to make our experience as stress-free as possible. Marcus hired a professional photographer, who took amazing photos and after a week, interest in our home flooded in. In addition our home was priced just right for the market. Within no time we had multiple offers, all at or above asking price. Marcus is extremely knowledgable in all aspects of buying, selling, and renting.
After we successfully sold our home, he continues to support us in our search for a new home. I know purchasing our home in Boston will be successful because we will have the support of Marcus along the way! We always felt like our Realtor - Marcus Ervin had our best interests in mind, and we were kept informed about every aspect of the process. We could not be more pleased and we cannot wait to find our new home.
