Marcus Falcon’s work history was not spent on real estate alone. As a United States Navy sailor for 21 years, Marcus jumped headlong into the real estate industry in the improbable year of 2007 after retirement from the United States Navy. He has been stationed in 9 worldwide geographic areas which involved 16 household moves during his military career and is thoroughly familiar with all aspects of a family relocation – whether across the street, coast-to-coast nationally, or international. Twice to this beautiful state of Washington via Naval Station Everett, Naval Air Station Whidbey Island and has worked extensively in Kitsap Naval Base all the way down to Portland, OR. After being in more than 50 countries worldwide, he has called the Pacific Northwest home now.
He instills honor and commitment to everyone he assists just like all those years he served for God and country, for now he does it for your family. The words passion, honor, commitment are not just words to him but ethical beliefs that are applied to any transaction or anyone he works with.
He has helped military service members and civilians alike in sales and transactions in almost all counties that surrounds the Puget Sound namely: King, Snohomish, Skagit, Island, Kitsap and Pierce. Though his office is at Marysville at the east Puget Sound area, he will not hesitate to assist a moving service member, family, a first-time home buyer or a seasoned homeowner regardless of location, with his extensive travels and knowledge around the Puget Sound which has provided him with unequal and unparalleled advantage over other realtors.
Not everything is work for Marcus, an avid cyclist he rides no less than 50 miles a week and owns a number of racing and triathlon bikes just to stay active and healthy. A God-fearing family man to his kids, he understands that to be a dad is his first task at home and second to none. But as soon as he steps away from it, his tasks shifts to his clients as his focal point.
There is much more to owning a home for Marcus. Sound judgement and decisiveness, accountability for the job at hand, all related to finding the right home and seeing your transaction go through stress free for you are never taught in any real estate classes. For they are honed on the job for his clients. His passion for his past job and his commitment to his present job are both intertwined by his devotion to the people he works for. The motto he serves “Blood, sweat and tears till the keys are dropped into your hands”, is what he stands for.
