Marcus Lalli is the Assistant Manager of Montclair, NJ office of Christie's International Real Estate Northern New Jersey. Working in the real estate industry for the last three years, Marcus has been an office manager, project manager, agent concierge, transaction coordinator, and Realtor®- salesperson at his previous brokerage.
Marcus brings an expertise in contract preparation and negotiation, logistical planning, project management, and exceptional communication skills, which he polished while working with students and world class artists.
Marcus has a passion for homes that began while helping his father build and remodel countless properties. From concrete work, framing and roofing, to interior remodeling, he has a vast knowledge of construction techniques and knows what it takes to bring a home to market for a smooth and successful transaction.
Prior to transitioning to real estate, Marcus had a distinguished career of more than 30 years in the music business, holding positions as a professional musician, university instructor, university administrator and artistic administrator. In recent years, he has worked on successful tours of the London Symphony Orchestra, Mariinsky Orchestra, and the New York Philharmonic, as well as assisting in the artistic representation of renowned classical music names like Conductor Valery Gergiev, Pianist Denis Matsuev, and Violinist Anne-Sophie Mutter.
A native of upstate New York, Marcus is now a resident of the Millburn/Short Hills region of New Jersey along with the fourth and fifth generations of his family.
