Marcy grew up in Dallas and has lived in some of Dallas’ finest neighborhoods, including Old Preston Hollow, North Dallas, Highland Park, and University Park. As forty-year-plus residents of Dallas, she has a sincere appreciation for this city and its many diverse neighborhoods. Graduate of Vanderbilt University, she returned to Dallas and settled in the Park Cities to raise her family. Actively involved in the community, Marcy stays busy volunteering at her children’s schools in HPISD, church, and other civic organizations.
