Haven’t sold or bought a home in almost 30years , so having to prep a home for sale and enter the process was overwhelming. After sitting down with Margaret-Ann and listening to sound advice the process started and it only lasted for about 36-48 hours. Home went on the market on a Friday afternoon and by Sunday afternoon, Margaret- Ann presented four very good offers on our home . Her wisdom on preparing our home was simple. General cleaning, de-clutter home , approve viewing times and go have some fun out of your home while it’s being viewed. We did exactly that and really enjoyed stress free time with my wife . I can’t say enough about how Margaret-Ann made this , what I perceived to be a stressful actually a time of joy . And the Joy was selling our home quickly to be near my daughter and her family. And it happened just as Margaret- Ann described . Thank you Margaret - Ann

Margaret-Ann is one of the hardest working and knowledgeable realtors I have ever worked with. We had to sell our house in South Carolina while living on the other side of Atlanta Georgia, and trusted her fully to care for the home until it was sold. During the sale of our home, a lender pre-qualified a home buyer but three days before closing the lender denied the loan. Margaret-Ann worked with her team, the other agent, and home buyer to search for programs and other options to attempt to get him qualified. At the same time she had the foresight and experience to put the word out to her fellow agents so if the sale fully fell through, our house could have new offers quickly. After a week of difficult work with her team, the loan did fully fall through but multiple offers waiting. She helped understand which of the new offers was the best and why, so we could make an informed decision and get the most from the sale. She was truly dedicated to her job and we know that she went above and beyond to help us sell our house.

My wife and I were giving Margaret-Ann's name to get in touch with us in Columbia South Carolina because we had to fine someone to help sell my wife's mother houses that has past way. We met Margaret-Ann on a saturday and the wife and I talk with her about the house and some of our other options that we could choose with the house and we told her that we would get back with her. My wife and I talk on the way back home and we like the way that she presented her self and we really like that she show a lot enthusiasm so my wife and I went with Carter Reality Co because of Margaret-Ann, plus she went above and beyond with the sell of our house when we had some little problems with the other reality company ways of doing things. We would give her a higher rating but they will only let you give her only a five star. She is a very highly person that we would recommend to be the first person to call if you want somebody that will go above and beyond to sell a house for you anytime.
