I have been living in Merrick for over 21 years with my husband and 2 daughters who have gone through the Merrick school system. I was extremely active in the PTA, was class mom for both and was a Girl Scout Leader for 7 years. I have also been on both the buying and selling side of real estate and know the complexities of both firsthand.

With over 20 years experience in sales, Customer service and Care are my number one priorities. Going that extra mile and exceeding my clients expectations are of utmost importance to me. In addition to being a licensed Broker Associate, I also hold the designations of CBR (Certified Buyer Representative) e-PRO, GREEN, GRI(Graduate Realtor Institute), and SRES (Senior Residential Specialist)

As an additional Complimentary Service to my Clients, I acquired the ASP Designation.(Accredited Staging Professional). Staging works! and is an important part in the home selling process in order to help you achieve top dollar. “Dear Margaret, who knew it would take us almost three years from our first meeting for us to finally make it back home to New York! I knew once we got the official word that we would be relocating, I had to call you. I just hoped that you would not only remember me, but be will to work with my husband’s relocation department and their guidelines. Imagine my shock when I told you who I was and your first question was how was my daughter Ashley…what a memory you have. I remember the first weekend we went out to see a few listings and I was in tears in the car at the end of the day. I had felt as though we wouldn’t find a home fast enough. You told me that my home was out there and that I would know it was the right one the moment I stepped inside. Well, three weeks later when Steven took me to see our house, you were so right! You helped us close the deal and go to closing in about six weeks. You found someone to paint and sand the floors. When we needed someone to be there for the inspection because we couldn’t make it in from Jersey, you said “No problem.” On the day of the walk-through, you even got the expeditor to come over ASAP. You have quite the network when it comes to getting things done. Needless to say, I also cried at the closing as well, but they were tears of happiness.
