Margaret was incredible through the entire process (as she was three years ago selling me the same house). She is very communicative and knowledgeable which allowed me to make every decision confidently. I am so grateful to her for the work she put into making this sale happen. I know she went to bat for me on a few issues that I would NEVER have been able to handle had I not had her as my realtor. Even beyond her work Margaret is a wonderful person and mother and it shows in the way she took care of me through this process. As a first-time home buyer, my wife and I could not have asked for a better agent than Margaret. For example, when we first met Margaret she sat down with us and gave us a detailed step-by-step explanation of the home-buying process, including a breakdown of costs. By the time we started looking at houses, my wife and I felt much more confident and comfortable about what to expect thanks to Margaret taking that time during our first meeting. She gave us honest opinions on properties and was not afraid to tell us when she thought a house was or wasn't right for us. Margaret is as professional and personable as could be. As a first time home buyer she guided me throughout the process without any snags. Quick and responsive , she updated me anytime of the day with questions and news. This was my first home and had no idea of the process, Margaret kindly guided me every step of the way. She has many years of experience and knew relatively quickly what in a house I was looking for. She honestly reviewed houses with me and pointed out many flaws and upsides (mostly flaws) I hadn't considered. Once I had found the perfect home for me, she guided me step by step through the buying process.
