Margaret Dawson

Maggie has been a Realtor with Re/Max since 2016. She is an independent agent with a network of professionals as my “team.” Maggie has earned the advanced designations of GRI, ABR, RENE, PSA. (Graduate of the Reactor Institute, Accredited Buyer Agent, and Real Estate Negotiation Expert, & Pricing Strategy Advisor). She grew up in a family of builders near D.C., so home construction is part of her knowledge base. She lived in Frederick County Maryland for 20 years. She currently lives in Delaware near Bethany Beach. Maggie holds licenses in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Delaware. She has degrees in Dietetics & Nursing, which were her first careers. Medicine demands critical thinking, organization, & staying calm. Being a parent has gifted Maggie with negotiation skills, patience, humor, & creativity. These skills along with her real estate expertise make me a knowledgeable, calm, caring agent, ready to provide concierge level service to all clients.
