Maggie took the time to get to know me and find out what my objectives were. unlike all the other realtors she never tried to sell me. She answered all my questions and gave me her years of experience advise in so many aspects. She came over several times to chat with me and even offered to help me pack! Who does that!!! To my amazement, she did in fact come over to help me pack all day and than two more times.
She told me if you get an offer that is good ( which she shared the range amount) then take it with no regard to her loosing any possible commission. It was never about the commission for her! She took the time to do several different comps for my house sale and explained them in entirely.
Maggie will go the extra mile for you! She is truly a sincere and dear person but also has decades of years of experience and knowledge. We became friends and will continue our friendship after we move to another state.
