Margaret Kennedy

Raised in Venice, FL, Margaret loves the sense of community and sincerity of those who call this region home. Her mother, Jackie Kennedy, has been a Michael Saunders & Company sales agent for twenty-five years and Margaret knows first-hand how a combination of exceptional customer care, accountability, consistency, and honesty create a recipe for real estate success. She believes communication is critical and is personally invested in the journey of her customers and their futures. In 2020, Margaret was honored with the Agents to Watch Under 40 Award by REALTORS® Association of Sarasota and Manatee.

Margaret has a background in healthcare and launched her own business a number of years ago, Therapeutic Mobilities, LLC, providing in-home assessments for patients. Her experience has taught her the importance of follow-through, organization, and how to treat those she serves with genuine care.

A member of the Venice Area Young Professionals, Margaret is active in the community – also involved with the Clinician Task Force and ALSO Youth. Margaret has been with her partner, Ashley, since 2015 and celebrated their wedding in October 2019. They have an adorable fur-baby named Harry Potter. She is very close with her two sisters (one of which is a twin) and two brothers. Margaret loves spending time on the water, fishing, boating, and being with family.
