Margaret is an excellent real estate partner. We’ve worked with her on two transactions - buying a piece of property and also selling part of it a few years later. Throughout both transactions, Margaret was on top of every detail, a very strong advocate for our interests, and overall a real pleasure to work with. Both transactions were the easiest we’ve done and we credit Margaret’s professionalism. Our family highly recommends her for any type of real estate transaction in the area. We look forward to working with her again.

We initially met Margaret six years ago when we were moving from Arkansas to Colorado. It was the luck of the draw, because I picked her from a long line of realtors on the internet. We couldn't be more lucky! She has an amazing personality and is incredibly professional. She was able to get us in to our dream house at an amazing price. Fast forward 6 years, two businesses, and an enormous amount of realtor friends. When it was time to move back to Arkansas, Margaret was the first person we called to sell our house. She again shined as bright as a diamond! She got our house on the market in the time frame we had requested and she had numerous offers on it in the first two days of it showing. Our house went for OVER $100k of asking price. Margaret never fails us, and I cannot say enough great things about her. When we return to Colorado, she will be the first person we call. If you want a serious realtor, Margaret is the lady for you.
