Margaret Weaver

Tom Dishman was born and raised in Florida. Tom's a graduate of the University of Florida where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He's also a graduate of the Ritz Carlton School of Leadership Culture of Excellence program.

Tom and his wife, Tammy Dishman, acquired Coldwell Banker Weaver Group Realty in November 2022 through their limited liability corporation, Just Relaxin’, LLC.

Tom has 30+ years of Sales experience at the Executive level. Tom is a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate SL3564834 and an expert negotiator.

Tom and Tammy are experienced in Buying, Property Managing, Short and Long Term Rentals and Selling Real Estate, having bought and sold many properties over time. Over 10 years ago, they started flipping homes and managing numerous rentals.
