Mel Macklin as our Real Estate agent sold our house for a great price in only about 2 weeks. She worked very hard and got the escrow to close in a very short time without hassles. She was always there if we had any questions and offered to provide referrals to individuals we could get for help with packing and getting rid of unwanted items. Mel is THE BEST REALTOR in Southern California!!! She's truly amazing! We've worked with her twice now, selling my husband's home (4 days); & my Mom and Dad's home (3 days)!!! We sold both homes to qualified buyers and have not had any problems. In addition, Mel personally helped me to clean out my parent's home where they had lived for 52 years! Needless to say, there was a LOT of stuff to do through. Mel cleaned out two bedrooms by herself-which took about 8 hours each!! To say that she really goes above and beyond is actually not enough!!! SHE GOES WAY ABOVE ANY OTHER REALTOR I'VE EVER USED!!! SHE'S THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!!
