Margaret Webster

Margaret Webster has been a REALTOR with Parks for over 25 years. She was a Corporate Accountant for 10 years prior to choosing the field of real estate. She is currently a member of the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Margaret has earned the Graduate of Realtors Institute designation, and she is a Certified Residential Specialist.

In addition to her associations with organizations specific to real estate, she is also affiliated with many Rutherford County groups and organizations. Margaret served four years as the Chairman of the Community Advisory Council for Special Kids, a non-profit organization to assist children who are medically fragile and have special needs. She has served as the Co-President and Treasurer of the Cross County Booster Club at Central Middle School, the Co-President of the Central Middle School PTC, and has served as the Treasurer of the Riverdale High School Cross Country team for four years.

Margaret has also served on the Advisory Board for ACE Learning Center. She has a daughter that graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in December 2016, and another daughter that graduated from MTSU in 2015. She has many years of personal experience with their charities and businesses, and she is very familiar with the Rutherford County and Murfreesboro City school systems.

Many wonderful people and businesses now call Murfreesboro home, and she can help others do the same. Margaret provides the experience clients desire, the marketplace knowledge they need, the patience they will appreciate, and the effort they will recognize to ensure a home buying or selling experience they will enjoy.
