Margareta's extensive knowledge of the Real Estate market and Interior Design offers her clients an outstanding level of service. Her former education and training in the United States and Europe is enthusiastic, professional and friendly.

Prior to her earning her Real Estate License, and after studying Interior Design at the Art Institute in Chicago, Margareta became a professional member of the American Society of Interior Design (ASID). Combining her strong design background and credentials, extensive experience as a property investor and dedication to ongoing education in her field, Margareta provides an unsurpassed choice for anyone ready to purchase or sell a home.

When Margareta is at home, her time is spent with her husband and three beautiful children as well training for Marathon and Triathlon races, party planning and gardening. She has completed two ironman 140.6, four Ironman 70.3, and several Marathons. Her strong dedication, motivation, and commitment reflects not only her training but also her client services.
