About Margi

Margi oversees the real estate sales and marketing of new residential communities in the Birmingham area, the Eastern Shore of Mobile/Fairhope and in the Opelika/Auburn area. She has thirty years of experience in the sale and marketing of residential properties, specializing in new home communities.

Margi independently owned and operated Ingram and Associates, prior to its merger with Daniel Homes, LLC. Margi’s accreditations include Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP); Member Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM); Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Marketing Professional (CMP), Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS) in addition to being a certified Transnational Referral Realtor in the International Consortium of Real Estate Associations. Honorary achievements include Alabama Power – Alabama Realtor of the Year; Birmingham Business Journal – Business Woman of the Year; Birmingham Association of Realtors – Realtor of the Year; Tom Rast President’s Cup for lifetime achievement award recognizing outstanding leadership and service to the Birmingham Association of Realtors; Rotary Foundation – Paul Harris Fellow Award, Top Fund Raiser for United Cerebral Palsy (16 years).

Margi holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
