Margie Birch

I am originally from Long Island, New York and my family moved to Florida when I was a young child. I grew up in Miami Beach and lived and worked in the Fort Lauderdale area until moving to Cape Coral. I went to college at Florida State University in Tallahassee (Go Seminoles!), earning a degree in Advertising and Public Relations. My husband, John and I have lived in Cape Coral since 1999. After many years of vacationing in this area and loving it, we finally made the move to SW Florida. We love the relaxed lifestyle, especially the beach, boating, fishing, golf, and truly taking advantage of all Southwest Florida has to offer. How lucky we are to live and work in paradise and be able to help other people realize this dream! After many years in the area, we have an extensive knowledge of the neighborhoods, and real estate values. John and I have both been in sales and customer service our entire careers. I became a Realtor in 2010 and John joined me in 2013. I am a skilled negotiator and closer. I also bring my knowledge of technology to aid my clients in their home search.
