Margie Eberle-Polley

Having grown up in the town of Bloomington and being a Graduate from the Kelly School of Business, Margie has extensive knowledge of Bloomington and the surrounding areas. Over her 33 years in Real Estate, she has a well-established and outstanding reputation in the community. In addition to her vast personal and professional network, Margie has a superior talent for negotiations. She brings people together in a collaborative manner for the good of all. She has a keen attention to detail allowing her to work in the best interest of her clients.

Margie truly enjoys helping people find their home, whether it is a first home, vacation home, or the perfect lake home on Lake Lemon, in which she is an expert. She loves her people. Her family has often said her business card should read “Adopter of People” instead of Realtor. Many of her clients have since become lifelong friends.

When Margie isn’t advocating for her clients, you can find her spending time with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Her family enjoys traveling and spending time at their lake cottage on Lake Lemon. You can also find Margie reading a good book, knitting, and cooking during her free time.
