About Margie

Margie has been a full-time, active REALTOR in the New Smyrna Beach area since 1980. Consistently being a top producing agent and the recipient of numerous sales awards from the New Smyrna Beach Board of REALTORS, where she has served on the Grievance Committee, the Professional Standards Committee for many years. She also serves in Ombudsman capacity for the Board. She has been a resident of New Smyrna Beach since 1978 and a REALTOR here since 1980.

In 2004, Margie opened Magnolia Properties, and along with woodworking-artist husband, Rodney, renovated a former church at 303 Magnolia Street in downtown New Smyrna Beach into a beautiful, ultramodern real estate office. Their son, Michael, attended local public schools in New Smyrna Beach from K thru 12th grades, after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Management and in Finance from Tulane University and his MBA from Loyola University. After earning his CPA and spending 13 years in New Orleans, he now lives in Washington DC.

In her spare time, Margie enjoys practicing yoga and paddle boarding (SUP) along the Intracoastal Waterway, Callalisa Creek and the Indian River lagoon.
