Margie is an excellent realtor. I was referred to her by my sister as I wanted a relator who could sell my house in Georgia and help me find one in Alabama. She did it all! She made some recommendation as to repairs and staging and worked with my timeline. She understood that I worked from home and was very considerate when scheduling for photos and showings. My house was listed on a Thursday, and I had multiple offers on Sunday! Purchasing my home in Alabama was not as stressful as I thought it would be. The one home she said she knew I would love is the one I purchased! Excellent customer service, honest, kind and understanding. Those are the words I'd use to describe my realtor Margie Nixon.

I just bought my first house with the help of ms Margie if your looking for an amazing realtor she’s who u need to get she kept me updated on what was going on daily she’s an amazing women I had never bought a house I had no clue what I was doing and she walked me through the steps and explained everything and just made everything easy to understand she’s an amazing realtor and a amazing person if I ever buy another house I’m using her and her team they work so well together they work quick and I swear ms Margie don’t sleep we went and looked at the house one night around 5 me and my girlfriend decided we liked it and it’s the one we won’t before the end of the night she had me a contract at 1 am wrote and sending it in and she was up the next morning bright and early giving me updates if your looking for a realtor who is easy to work with and can explain everything to you and make it all a lot easier I recommend you give ms Margie a call

Margie was a perfect fit for us. After years of toying over selling our house, we decided to make the move. I do not know how many dozens of realtors I researched. Somehow through my own digging... I stumbled upon Margie. We made the phone call on a Wednesday afternoon. She was very prompt and attentive. She did more than just answered questions. By Thursday she had already emailed house info. We met with her on Friday evening. Nothing was rushed. She gave us many suggestions and we planned for her to come back the next week to stage a photo shoot and video. That never happened. She called the next day with information that she already knew of someone who was interested and wanted to see the house. We had a contract in our hands by Sunday. Margie was very helpful in sending us contacts to help with repairs and such. She would just randomly call and check on things, even to ask about family members who were having health issues. My dad passed away during this time... I was surprised with a beautiful arrangement of flowers she had sent to my work place. Even post-closing, Margie has stayed in touch with us. Given professional advice regarding our next move. Sent invites to drive in movies... LOL. Texted us over the holidays. If you are looking for a realtor within Birmingham area-- Go with Margie! Let me start off by saying, I was a first time home buyer. I was actively looking for a home with no clue of how to do it. My friend recommended a realtor to me. She was very slow to respond to my messages and did not show any initiative in finding me a home. So another friend recommend Ms. Margie. Oh boy!!! The first day I spoke with her was Friday January 24th. She immediately asked me what type of home I was looking for outside of just saying a 3/2. Being a first time home buyer, I couldnt verbalized exactly what I wanted; however, she was able to point out exactly what I want with only minimum information. That night she sent me 4 homes and said we were going the next day to look. I was so excited because someone had come along they cared just as much as I did about making my 1st time home buying experience great. The first home we pulled up to she didnt even get out of the car because she was like I cant let you live in a hole. So right there I knew she wasnt going to sell me any old thing. It was the 3rd home I absolutely fell in love with. She advised that if it was what I wanted to not wasted anytime putting in an offer. We immediately put in an offer by 4 pm on Saturday Jan 25th. The offer was accepted by 26th and I was under contract!!!! As the processed continued, she made me feel like her number one client despite having several other clients, doing staging, and having a part time job. She was absolutely amazing!!!! I can not say enough about her initiative, effort, persistency, and love for what she does.
