Margie Thorpe

Margie Thorpe is a native of Atlanta and has seen the changes that are possible in this great city. Beginning her career in hospitality, she believes that listening skills are paramount in helping a client find what they truly need. This shows in the list of happy customers she has represented. Currently focused on strengthening the in-town communities by representing areas around Atlanta's Midtown and Fourth Ward area as well as other growing areas like SW Atlanta, Hapeville, and East Point, all around the Beltline and Atlanta's rail service.

Margie is also a lifelong activist and volunteer with her earliest efforts as a child being the "Save the Fox" campaign that successfully kept our beautiful Fox Theater alive. Currently, she is a member of the Atlanta Preservation Society and supports campaigns to save and preserve historic properties around the Atlanta area. Believing in the possibilities of beautiful old architecture in our modern world is at her core. It doesn't stop there, though. As an agent, you will find she does what it takes, round the clock to bring a purchase or sale to close.
