What can I say about Marguerite Crespillo, I can tell you that I value her tremendously as a professional and as a person, she is a genuinely good human being. I have known and worked with Marguerite since 1999, buying and/or selling three different homes and she has been with me ever since, always there to answer any questions I have or refer me to other professionals that I may need outside of the real estate arena. She is kind, caring, responsive and not to mention very funny. She displays the utmost integrity in a profession that can be for some, all about the money and the deal, not so with Marguerite, if she tells you something you can believe it, if she says something will happen, it will and if she says she will take care of something she does. These are just some of the reasons I will ALWAYS go to Marguerite for any real estate needs. I just love this woman.

I was referred to Marguerite by a good friend who had worked with her multiple times for selling and purchasing property. Marguerite came very highly recommended and she delivered. I could tell that she had a passion for her profession from the moment we met for our initial appointment. From the get go, I felt important and that our family needs came first and foremost. Marguerite and her staff were always available and extremely helpful when we had questions. During our initial meeting she took the time to educate us on the process which I've not experienced with other real estate agent's in the past. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Marguerite and plan to do so when it's time to sell and buy again!
