Marguerite was born and raised just outside the city of Boston MA. She moved to Delray Beach, Florida in 1979, met and married her husband in 1983 and moved to Central Florida in 1985.
Ever since she bought her first condo in Delray Beach she has had an active interest in the real estate market. After moving to the Orlando area she has bought, sold designed and built several homes and now shares her knowledge and expertise with her clients. ”Buying and selling a home is an important life event. A home is usually a family’s largest financial asset. My job is to guide my clients according to their individual needs and help them achieve their dreams”.
Having lived in several Central Florida counties, Marguerite has an intimate knowledge of the area with special attention to Maitland, Altamonte Springs, and Longwood. Attention to detail, a strong professional attitude and a powerful desire to help clients are some of the hallmarks of her character. In addition, she has a great eye for “what might be” rather than “what is”.
She lives with her husband Stephen and their dog “Louie”. She has two adult daughters, loves to do anything arty, reads, travels and has been involved with the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society, The Changarawe School in Tanzania, Africa and with the Guardian ad Litem program in Seminole County.
