I had the very complicated situation as POA for my Aunt, an owner of a large house, an hour away from me, that needed to be sold in a difficult housing market, right before the holidays. I brought my problem to Mari K Moxley and not only did she get the house sold, she did it fast. I was impressed by the professional manner in which she handled the whole process. Every step went smoothly. I found her understanding of the challenge superlative. Mari K Moxley gave me good honest counsel on the market conditions we were facing.
A timeline was agreed upon and kept on track from listing to settlement. She offered fresh ideas on how to market the house, built in 1911. She provided access to help for me with cleaning and staging the house. The transformation was astonishing and was presented in color ads for my approval. Personally handling advertising, open house dates and reaching out to the local neighborhood and community went above and beyond my expectations. Mari K Moxley communicated with me personally but also provided written documentation and progress reports for my benefit. This was a complicated situation that became an easy solution thanks to the dedication of this hard working Realtor. Mari K Moxley gets the job done in style!

Mari K helped us tremendously when we were looking for a house in Maryland and lived in NC. She helped us every day if needed. Showed houses to us tirelessly when we were in town. We were pretty tough clients, but she did an outstanding job finding us the right home. We bought it sight unseen with her help on zoom. Probably would not have gotten this home if it weren't for expertise and knowledge of homes.

I am so incredibly thankful for Mari K and her services. Our relationship began some time ago when my husband and I initially started the search for a new home. After reviewing the homes we were interested in, we quickly discovered that we were not quite yet prepared for buying a new home. Mari K would touch-base with us, never once pushing anything. Last year, we started our search again. We began to want to tour homes - and Mari K would provide us with information on the home, stats of the comps, and assisted us in all tours. She listened to our feedback and asked what we really wanted, needed, and offered insight as to the value of the homes we sought. Towards the end of 2020, we had all but given up hope, as nothing that we toured really fit what we wanted. Mari K kept us informed of the coming soon properties - just in case something sparked our interest. Then this property came - and it was love at first sight. We toured the home and new this was "THE ONE". She again offered her expertise in creating a highly competitive offer - and ours was CHOSEN! The inspection and closing process ran smoothly because we had Mari K on our side. We once again needed her when it came to selling our townhome. She ensured the photos of our property were professional and the marketing reached interested buyers. Again, with her help, our townhome was under contract in under a week! It's not always easy to use words like trustworthy or honest when it comes to realtors - but that described Mari K to a T. Her expertise for the area and understanding of the market are invaluable. I could not imagine going through the buying and selling process without her guidance.
