I would definitely recommend Maria and the Remax Realty team! This was not my first selling or purchase of a home but was the first time I really felt the agent knew her business. She came to initial meeting with very helpful information and explained her process in a way that showed her expertise in real estate. Maria was supper responsive; it was as if you are her only client! Friendly and professional. Thanks for helping me sell my home and with the purchase of a new one!

We can’t say enough good things about Maria! She worked with us for several months as we sold (and then lost the contract...but got another one) our condo in VA to move to FL. Because the market in FL was so active, we came twice to FL to look, finally making an offer on a property that Maria was able to show us before it hit the market. She worked diligently with us to find exactly what we wanted. We must have looked at 20+ properties as we realized what we first thought we wanted was not right for us...so we started over with more properties. The home we moved into a little over a week ago is beautiful and perfect for us. I don’t think anyone could have worked harder to get us to closing, with all the issues along the way, than Maria. And she always did it with a smile and a very positive attitude.
