Maria Ball

Maria began her career in recruiting, a natural fit due to her love for people. From there she ventured into sales and small business, opening The Vine Christian Bookstore in Marysville. Years later, after graduating Summa Cum Laude from Grand Canyon University with a bachelor’s in justice studies, Maria hit the ground running in real estate by joining Showcase Real Estate. Maria played a pivotal role in the expansion of the Yuba City office. As a realtor, she enjoys serving her clients and contributing to the local community by volunteering as Ambassador Chair and Board of Directors with the Yuba Sutter Chamber of Commerce. She also served as Education Chair for the Yuba Sutter Association of Realtors and works with local churches and organizations such as Adventure Church of Yuba City and Bible Study Fellowship International.
Maria is guided by principles of trust, respect, and integrity. In her first year in full-time sales, she was voted Favorite Real Estate Agent of Yuba Sutter and received Rookie of the Year. She has also been awarded the Certified Residential Specialist and Top 5% Executive Circle designation. For fun, she loves camping, boating, and traveling and is a true patron of the arts. She adores her husband and three children and has been proud to call Yuba City home for 25 years.
