Maria Crespo is the absolute BEST realtor! She’s a fantastic resource for the entire buying AND selling process, so she’s especially good for new buyers/ sellers with no experience. Maria simplifies things, she’s super prompt with responding back, and she’s the best negotiator I’ve ever met, which is an important characteristic not many think about. I worked with Maria Crespo in buying and selling three different homes. Maria was great to work with. She listened and was fully attentive to my needs each time. She was patient in showing me many properties which met my specs. She was always upbeat. When other realtors turned nasty, she was always professional and maintained her and my dignity. She walked with me and listened to my words and body language. She never tried to talk me into something I didn’t like. She did coach me not to walk away from homes I loved. She would instead ask appropriate questions and help me gather more information to make a decision.

On the selling end, she appropriately priced my home each time and was able to gather offers meeting close to our asking price. Each home sold quickly within a 3-6 month period. Since I was uncomfortable selling my current home before buying another, she found a great company to stage my empty home and make it even more attractive than I imagined. She works with an exceedingly professional photographer. My MLS listing always shined compared to 95% of others.

I would strongly recommend working with Maria Crespo for both buying and selling your home. You will not be disappointed. And you will consider her a dear friend.

Working with Maria was a pleasant experience. She assisted on selling our investment property, and within 6 days in the market, our property was sold.
