Maria Cuadros

Prior to becoming a Licensed Agent, Maria worked in The Medical Field at Encino Hospital. Her Passion for helping and assisting families comes from her own personal homeownership experience. During the downfall of the Market in 2006, Marias had a first hand experience of the fraud, the endless amount of Money spent trying to Modify A home and the heartache of having to personally Short Sale her home. Through her experience she Quit her job as an Echocardiography Sonographer, and began working Pro Bono assisting families and guiding them in Loan Modifications and Short sales. After a year she went on to offer her services and started doing Short Sale negotiations for Licensed Agents. She became a licensed Transaction coordinator (learning all her contracts to assist Agents clients) after 2 years, she quit working for Other Agents with the intention of Servicing every family by guiding them, educating them and assisting them through the Sale & Purchase of a home easily and effortlessly.
