Maria Devins was a close family friend and helped my us both professionally and personally. When my sister passed away she was there to help us with meals and check up on me at school when she was volunteering as a lunch monitor. She was the real estate agent that oversaw the sale of my childhood home and my father did nothing but sing her praises. When he passed away, there was Mrs. Devins to bear hug me and tell me she was there for whatever we needed (and scold me for my recently acquired nicotine habit). It’s rare to find someone that will go over hell and high water for you and ask for nothing in return, but if you have Mrs. Devins in your contacts then you already hit the lottery. Mrs. Devins, if you are reading this thank you for everything you have done for me and my family.

Maria attended to every detail as I sold my house. She's so knowledgable, an amazing communicator who is able to maintain focus on the goal (closing the deal at a fair price where all believe the transaction was satisfactory) while managing multiple tasks and relationships. She is connected with so many professionals who are just as responsive as she is in their respective specialties--attorneys, lenders, movers, realtors in other states, etc--it's like she's a one stop shop. I would absolutely call her again next time I have to sell.

Maria is an excellent realtor. She is thorough, honest, professional and has her clients' best interest in mind at all times. It was a pleasure to work with her to sell our downtown Palatine condo and we felt her marketing skills were tremendous. She helped with staging, provided beautiful brochures, and held open houses which led to the sale. I would highly recommend Maria to anyone in need of a realtor.

Maria helped us sell our house in a somewhat difficult market. Upon her advice, we made a number of improvements to our house and even with that it took some time to get an offer. She helped us through a difficult sale as the buyers were extremely hard to work with. As well the buyers wanted to close in 30 days and Maria helped us get everything in order to meet that date.
