Starting the search for our future home was a bit intimidating at first, given the current market and how the inventory was limited. Being a first-time home buyer, I feel absolutely lucky that we had Maria in our corner every step of the way. Maria showed genuine care for us as she worked with finding out our preferences, sharing with us her insights during showings and being willing to go to bat for us when faced with hurdles. Maria is fiercely loyal to her clients and will stick up for them throughout the entire process of finding their future home. I am grateful to have had her throughout the entire process as she was an absolute pleasure to work with.

A friend of mine mentioned and pointed me in the direction of Maria Devins for buying a home. Every interaction with Maria has been great and I couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with.

Maria Devins has worked hard and diligently to find my Wife and I our first home. The whole process of buying a home for the first time is stressful, but with Maria as our agent. Our first home buy went smoother than I expected and we gained a new friend/agent for life.

Maria Devins was a close family friend and helped my us both professionally and personally. When my sister passed away she was there to help us with meals and check up on me at school when she was volunteering as a lunch monitor. She was the real estate agent that oversaw the sale of my childhood home and my father did nothing but sing her praises. When he passed away, there was Mrs. Devins to bear hug me and tell me she was there for whatever we needed (and scold me for my recently acquired nicotine habit). It’s rare to find someone that will go over hell and high water for you and ask for nothing in return, but if you have Mrs. Devins in your contacts then you already hit the lottery. Mrs. Devins, if you are reading this thank you for everything you have done for me and my family.

Maria attended to every detail as I sold my house. She's so knowledgable, an amazing communicator who is able to maintain focus on the goal (closing the deal at a fair price where all believe the transaction was satisfactory) while managing multiple tasks and relationships. She is connected with so many professionals who are just as responsive as she is in their respective specialties--attorneys, lenders, movers, realtors in other states, etc--it's like she's a one stop shop. I would absolutely call her again next time I have to sell.

Maria is an excellent realtor. She is thorough, honest, professional and has her clients' best interest in mind at all times. It was a pleasure to work with her to sell our downtown Palatine condo and we felt her marketing skills were tremendous. She helped with staging, provided beautiful brochures, and held open houses which led to the sale. I would highly recommend Maria to anyone in need of a realtor.

Maria helped us sell our house in a somewhat difficult market. Upon her advice, we made a number of improvements to our house and even with that it took some time to get an offer. She helped us through a difficult sale as the buyers were extremely hard to work with. As well the buyers wanted to close in 30 days and Maria helped us get everything in order to meet that date.
