On-line posting of the property generates over 4000 visits to the website within a day or two. After 3 days on the market, we had 4 offers. We had the closing of the sale in less than one month after we put the house on the market.

Amazing Team - MariaElena will narrow down properties in what interest you to consider in purchasing. ("Not just show you properties") Tom will provide solid comp's to support value and offer neighborhood insight. It took me 4+ years to finally pull the trigger in purchasing a property and MariaElena/Tom always took my calls throughout the years. Moreover, each component within the transaction they kept me posted.

I chose MariaElena to be my Realtor because I really liked the way she handled a potential buyer when my house was previously for sale.

MariaElena and Tom did a great job on listing and selling our very unique, architectural and high end home. The photography was stunning and the written material was very compelling.

They both are very hard workers and literally showed our home what seemed like seven days a week. They had our home under contract in a short period of time and guided us through the process very efficiently.

I would not hire MariaElena and Tom unless you are ready to move!
