Maria is an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly responsive, personable, well educated on all aspects of buying/ selling property ( the zoning, surroundings appraisals and sales, has contacts in high places)
Maria is the one woman show and it SHINES!!!!!!
Her commitment is excellence. Maria also went out of her way to ensure every detail was taken care of – from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with a property.

Maria is the ABSOLUTE BEST ! She is so dedicated to finding you exactly what you want in a home or property. Goes above and beyond to make sure every step of the way is the smoothest as possible! Maria is VERY great with the response time to answer any of our questions whether it was in person, via email or mobile phone! She is professional and soo sweet ! ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! Working with Maria was really great because of how much she cares about helping you achieve your home goals. To be honest, I had no idea at all what purchasing a house truly entailed or what steps had to be done along the way to achieve my vision. For six months, Maria would respond to a call or text immediately and consistently would have her ear to the ground on what was on the market and who I needed to speak to further the process. But really why would you choose Maria? The answer to that is cause even when I wanted to give up she encouraged me to stay positive, she’s polite and dedicated in all that she does, she’s happy and fun to work with, she’s consistent and truly puts the client above all else. I have been working for over 30 years in the business world and seldom if ever had an experience with not only a totally informed real estate agent but a really nice and caring person. Our search for my sons first home spanned over 3+ years. Maria met us whenever my son saw hope on the horizon never discouraging us from looking everywhere at any time. Even on weekends.

It was an interesting journey and Maria never gave up hope that we would find the perfect first home for my son.

In these difficult times finding Maria has made all the difference. Time and time again she went out of her way to smooth the way through the mortgage process, talking to the originator and the homeowner. She had the patience I wish I had. Due to her experience she was able to “talk the language” no matter who she spoke to from the appraiser, home inspector and the condo association.

If your looking to have the best experience you can then Maria who I would choose again and again.

She helped us understand the entire process, always made sure we knew what needed to be completed next, and was always responsive.

We know that she is the reason this home is ours. Agents we had worked with in the past would have given up on this house.

Maria was absolutely wonderful to work with when we decided to sell our rental property. She was very upfront & honest about what we needed to do to get the best financial return for our property. Maria always kept us informed about showings and offers and she was always professional and quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend Maria to anyone looking to sell or purchase property. She is very knowledgeable regarding the community, comparisons and the guidelines and laws regarding Real Estate.
