Maria Gardner

Maria Gardner is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Michigan Association of Realtors, and the Greater Metropolitan Area Realtors in southeastern Michigan. Maria has also earned the designations of Senior Real Estate Specialist and Certified Negotiation Expert.

Maria’s early background has been in accounting and finance as a certified public accountant, including assisting clients in tax planning for retirement. Her past experience has made her uniquely qualified in understanding the financial aspects of selling a home and assisting current real estate clients in making life transitions. A considerable portion of her listing market segment includes assisting clients in downsizing to a simpler lifestyle. Maria also assists many first-time home buyers in navigating the challenging aspects of purchasing their first home.

Maria and her husband have recently downsized and sold their larger family home. She understands the emotional roller-coaster and uncertainty that many sellers can experience and can alleviate most of the anxiety that is part of selling a home.
