I have partnered with Maria Hagan both in the Bay Area and the Carmel/Pebble beach area for years, both buying and selling multiple homes. Once I worked with Maria, I never looked for another agent. She is excellent, demonstrated integrity and honesty, and I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Maria shows her clients their needs are her first priority. She’s also smart and not afraid to tell me when my ideas are not in line with her professional assessment, and that is one of her many strengths, imo.
She’s the best.

Maria Hagan is an excellent realtor as she is not forceful, she knows the market very well and she gets to know her client to find the “right” real estate match. Maria found the home I now own in Carmel Valley and the process went as smoothly as possible. She listens to her client’s wishes.

Maria sold our house when we moved and with the advice that she gave us, we sold our house for much more than we thought possible. I have worked with Maria on a couple of transactions and will be working with her on a few more. She is professional, detailed oriented and very responsive. Most importantly, she knows the market as well as the players in Monterey County. She has great references for any kind of vendor from a handyman to an appraiser. On a scale from 1-10, she's a 12!
