My wife and I have worked with 4 different realtor in the Denver area in the past 7 years. We had sworn off of using a realtor ever again after we bought our previous home as we felt we did all of the work searching for houses, and realtors were just interested in us making an offer the seller would accept rather than negotiating a good deal. Maria certainly changed our minds. She knew we were looking for a house and we told her we didn't want to work with a realtor. She took it upon herself to look for a house for us anyway and found one we never would have considered. She was aggressive during negotiations with the seller and got us an absolutely phenomenal deal in the hottest market Denver has ever seen. This house also needed quite a bit of work and she pushed on the seller to pay for most of it even when the house was listed as is. Not once did she argue with us, or try to change our minds, when we asked the seller for these concessions. Additionally, she took care of all of the coordinating with workers, inspectors, and the lender. She was definitely full service. I have since referred her to my sister, who just bought a house with her, and a good friend. If you want a realtor who puts your interests first, instead of their commission check, Maria is your woman. Sean Davison
